No continuing Aurix Lab team member has had to ask us to recognise their growth before receiving a raise. If your skills improve, your responsibility grows and your work creates more value, your compensation should move with it. Eligible roles may also include two performance-based bonus opportunities each year.

If you see a better solution, say it. If you disagree, explain why. If you want to test an idea, bring it forward. The strongest idea should win, regardless of who suggested it.
Many of our Bangladesh-based roles can be done from home, with flexibility in how work is organised outside required collaboration hours. We care about communication, reliability and results, not whether a status light stays green all day.
